Oktoberfest Lager —
Traditional, Smooth, Malty, Balanced
We use German malts, German hops, and German lager yeast to make this very traditional, if slightly old-school, Oktoberfest Lager. Tasting like a slice of Munich Germany, this lager highlights wonderful, rich malts, yet doesn’t leave a lingering sweetness on the palate. German noble hops balance the malt very nicely and leave you with a dry finish that begs for another sip. This lager is meant to celebrate the bounty of the harvest, and sometimes this takes a good long time.
