This dry, Irish-style Stout was already smooth, roasty, and very drinkable, and then we added coffee to it. We acquired a beautiful Brazilian/Colombian, medium-light roast coffee from Fuel America in Worcester and added it to the brew 36 hours before packaging. In effect, we made a cold-brew, using our Stout as the liquid! An already amazing brew turned into something heavenly, with beautiful coffee and cocoa notes complimenting the Stout underneath.
